Both. The 90-minute session runs online via video call, or in person if you’re in an area where we operate. The deliverable is the same detailed document either way.
No. The Diagnostic is a complete product in itself: you keep the map even if you don’t continue with us. That said, the fee is credited against your first implementation if you decide to move forward.
Nothing technical. We just need you or someone on your team who knows how patients come in, how appointments are managed and where you feel the most friction. We arrive with the prep research already done.
Premium aesthetic, dental and wellness clinics, mainly. If you have patients coming in through WhatsApp, Instagram or forms and a schedule to manage, the Diagnostic applies.
Between 2 and 4 business days after the session. We spend that time calculating your estimated ROI with real data from your clinic, not filling in a generic template.
